Security Deposit Policy 💳
Please note
A security deposit is required for all vehicle hire agreements.
The deposit amount is based on the maximum liability associated with your selected insurance coverage.
The following amounts apply
STANDARD Collision Damage Waiver: €3000
SILVER Insurance: €1500
GOLD Insurance: €700
PLATINUM Insurance: €500
Release of Deposit
The security deposit will be released within a maximum of 10 business days after the rental period.
This processing time allows us to account for any additional charges, such as tolls, speeding tickets, parking fines, or other penalties incurred during your rental.
Payment Methods
1️⃣ Credit Card (Recommended)
-Deposit is pre-authorised (frozen) at pickup.
-No funds are withdrawn from the account.
–Available for credit cards only — not debit cards.
2️⃣ Debit Card
-Deposit is paid during the pickup process
-Refunded within 10 business days after the rental period, provided no damage, loss, or breach of contract has occurred
-€50 transaction fee applies to cover bank charges.
3️⃣ Cash Deposit
-Deposit is paid in cash during the pickup process
-Refunded via bank transfer within 10 business days after the rental period, provided no damage, loss, or breach of contract has occurred
